Refund & Return Policy

Because our products are research materials whose integrity cannot be verified once they leave our control, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns of opened or used products. The policy below explains the limited circumstances in which we will help.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@precisionpeptidesolutions.com with your order number and photos. We will replace the affected item or issue a refund at our discretion.

Non-received orders

If tracking shows your order was not delivered, contact us so we can open an investigation with the carrier. Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery.

Order cancellations

You may cancel an order for a full refund any time before it ships (i.e. before payment has been applied and the label created). Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled.

Refund method & timing

Approved refunds are returned by the same method used for payment (Zelle, Venmo, or bank transfer). Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear after it is issued.
