Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders are prepared and shipped once payment has been received and cleared. Because payment is made by Zelle, Venmo, or bank transfer, please allow time for your payment to arrive — bank transfers (ACH) can take 1–3 business days to clear. Once cleared, orders typically ship within 1–2 business days.

Rates

Shipping is a flat $9.99 per order, and free on orders over $200.00. Your shipping cost is shown at checkout before you place your order.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Carrier & tracking

All orders ship via USPS. A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships. All orders are packaged discreetly.

Delivery & lost packages

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery by the carrier. If tracking shows a problem in transit, contact us and we will help open a carrier investigation. We are not responsible for packages marked delivered but lost or stolen afterward, or for delays caused by the carrier.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
